About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic & self-motivated Store Supervisor with drive, determination and a proven ability to ensure efficient and effective operations of our Gelateria location?
The ideal candidate will maintain a high standard of food and service with 2+ years’ experience within a similar role.
IZMOO are currently hiring a Store Supervisor in Rosslare Strand, Co.Wexford. This is a Monday - Sunday, day- time hours role.
The role of the Supervisor is a senior role, liaising with the Senior Supervisor, Key Accounts and Stakeholders on a regular basis, for ongoing upkeep and improvement in all areas of a unit.

Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

Operational Store Management

  • Delivery procedures must be followed ensuring that all stock is secure and accurate, records and stock checks are completed as per the schedule.

  • Over see that the Unit runs smoothly and professionally, opening /closing procedures are followed. Enter purchases daily, stock take on a weekly basis and completion of all reports necessary for end of week tracking waste and payroll.

  • Always be available to deal with any concerns that customers may have and seek a solution to every issue that goes beyond what might ordinarily be expected.

  • Communicate with staff ensuring that all staff are aware of the company standards and their responsibilities.

  • Ensure all contractual conditions are achieved. Liaise with the client regarding on-going performance and improvement opportunities.

  • Ensuring that opening /closing down /handover procedures are adhered to.

  • Ensuring proper date rotation and quality of all products within the department.

Food Hygiene

  • You are responsible to ensure that food hygiene standards are implemented, maintained, and comply with and H.A.C.C.P and Health and Safety Standards and requirements.

  • Ensure COSHH regulations are up to date and guidelines in use of PPE are accurate.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Proven leadership skills,

  • High level of enthusiasm and passion for food, service, and sales

  • Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and legislation.

  • Good working knowledge & experience of HACCP systems and procedures.

  • Knowledge of a variety of cuisines and food trends.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practice.

  • Strong operational, organising, planning & financial skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – spoken and written.
